"I had a very disappointing experience at this outlet of Tanishq due to the behaviour of one of the saleswomen. From the very beginning, she became dismissive once we mentioned our budget and appeared uninterested in assisting us further. There was no effort to show suitable options or guide us respectfully. What was particularly inappropriate was her behaviour of trying on the rings herself and casually stating that she could easily buy them. This came across as unprofessional and unnecessary, especially in a customer-facing role. Purchasing jewellery is a personal and trust-driven experience, and unfortunately, this interaction felt weird and disrespectful( I would not go or recommend anyone to visit this branch) Because of this experience, we chose to get up and leave as they hardly paid attention on our final purchase and made our purchase at another jewellery store where the customer service was far superior and satisfactory"

"Highly unprofessional staff. Not interested in showing you jewellery if your budget is around 40K. Also be careful they will give you looks as well. It is completely fine with me if they tell me that they dont have more designs in my budget but the condescending tone they use, its terrible."

They have the worst staff who are just not able to judge a customers taste as they lack experience and they do want to put in any effort to show the jwellery. "Worst experience. Rude staff specially the saleswoman Nisha. She was least interested in serving the customer. Seemed disinterested with her job. Did not even offer us to sit. Just gave the price of one article and vanished. The rest of the staff also just kept looking. When I called them out then the store manager and other sales people came and started to pacify us. By then I didn't want to give them any business and walked out. I also told them that they are spoiling the name of Tanishq which is a prestigious brand. Tanishq should check throughogly who they are employing. I personally had a very bad experience at Tanishq Mall of India Noida."
